How to Use Bulk Trip Actions to Price or Cancel Trips

Bulk trip actions let you apply pricing or cancel multiple trips at once from the Trips page, saving significant time when you need to process large batches of records.

Note: The Select All checkbox only appears after you have applied a filter to your trip list.

To bulk price or cancel trips:

  1. Navigate to the Trips tab in your Bambi dashboard.

  2. Apply a filter using a column filter or a Filter Group to narrow the list.

  3. Once the filtered list loads, a Select All checkbox will appear in the top-left corner of the table header (next to "Passenger").

  4. Click Select All to select all visible trips (up to 100 at a time). Uncheck individual rows to exclude specific trips.

  5. Bulk action buttons — such as Cancel (# Trips) or Price (# Trips) — will appear at the top of the screen. Click your desired action.

  6. A confirmation modal will appear. If any trips cannot be processed, they will be listed with a specific reason so the rest of the action can proceed.

Important: Kinetik integration trips

Trips powered by Kinetik integrations (such as Modivcare) cannot be bulk canceled. If you attempt to do so, you will see the error "Kinetik trips must be canceled in Kinetik." You can still cancel these trips in Bambi, but you must do so one at a time.
