Follow this step-by-step guide to activate text message alerts for any passenger profile.

The Passenger Experience

When SMS messaging is activated, the system will automatically dispatch two perfectly timed notifications to keep your passenger informed:

  • The 24-Hour Reminder: A helpful confirmation text sent exactly 24 hours before their scheduled trip [00:52].

  • The Inbound Alert: A real-time notification sent 15 minutes before the driver arrives for pickup [00:58].

Step 1: Access Your Passenger Directory

Navigate to your primary workspace and select the Passengers tab from the top navigation menu [00:00]. This will display your complete, organized roster of active passengers.

Step 2: Open the Passenger Profile

Scan or search the list to locate the specific passenger you wish to update. On the far right side of their row, click the pencil icon to open their detailed profile settings [00:21].

Step 3: Toggle SMS Activation

Within the sleek editing interface, look for the Allow SMS Message option. Click the toggle switch to instantly enable the communication feature [00:27].

Step 4: Verify the Contact Number
