How to Add a Custom Reason When Canceling a Trip

When you cancel a trip, you can now write your own cancellation reason instead of being limited to the preset list. Choose Other from the reason dropdown and a free-text field appears so you can record exactly what happened. That detail stays on the trip, which keeps your records clean and your reporting accurate.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Cancel a trip as you normally would. The Confirm Trip Cancel window opens.
Under "Please provide a cancellation reason," open the dropdown and select Other.
A Reason field appears. Type your specific reason in your own words.
Click Confirm to cancel the trip and save your reason, or Cancel to back out.
Your custom reason is stored with the canceled trip, so anyone reviewing it later, and your cancellation reporting, sees the real story rather than a generic "Other."
