How to enable /disable signatures

Depending on the requirements of your payers or organizational policies, you may need to collect signatures from drivers, passengers, or both during different stages of a trip. The Bambi platform allows you to easily enable or disable signature requirements directly from your administrative dashboard.
Follow these simple steps to customize your signature settings.
Step 1: Access Organization Settings
To configure your signature requirements, you must first navigate to your main settings.
Click the Gear icon located in the top navigation bar, OR
Click the drop-down menu in the top right corner and select Settings [00:07]. Either option will take you to your Organization Settings page.
Step 2: Locate Signature Settings
Scroll down the Organization Settings page. The fourth section down is labeled Signature Settings [00:12].
Step 3: Choose Your Signature Requirements
Under the Signature Settings section, you will see four distinct checkbox options. You can check the boxes to enable the requirement or uncheck them to disable it based on your needs [00:19]:
Driver on Pickup: The driver will be required to sign their app when picking up the passenger.
Driver on Dropoff: The driver will be required to sign their app upon dropping off the passenger.
Passenger on Pickup: The passenger will be required to sign the driver's device at the pickup location.
Passenger on Dropoff: The passenger will be required to sign the driver's device at the drop-off location [00:24].
(Note: You can have any combination of these options enabled or disabled at the same time).
Step 4: Save Your Settings
Once you have checked or unchecked your desired signature rules, you must save your changes.
