Add Trips

  1. Add Trip:  “Add a Trip” on the top right of the navigation menu.

  2. Passenger: Find Passenger or add a new one. (Required)
    Start typing the passenger's name in the search to the left

    • If the passenger exists, click to select

    • If the passenger is not found, click the "Add ..." option and fill out the passenger form as normal

  3. Payer: Select a payer (Required)

  4. Toggle Link Passenger to Payer

    • If checked, the passenger will be available to facility users with access to this payer.

  5. Select Transport Type

    • Ambulatory Load / Unload: Passenger is able to walk.

    • Broda Chair Load / Unload: Specialized wheelchair.

    • Geri Chair Load / Unload: Basic Geriatric chair.

    • Stretcher Load / Unload: Stretcher Cot.

    • Wheelchair Load / Unload: Basic wheelchair.

    • Wheelchair XL Load / Unload: Extra-Large or Bariatric wheelchair

  6. Select a service Type:

    • Curb to Curb: Passenger is picked up at the curb and dropped off at the curb.

    • Door to Door: Passenger is picked up at door and dropped off at door.

    • Door Through Door: Passenger is met inside pickup location (if necessary) and dropped off inside destination (if necessary).

  7. Provide Wheelchairs? Does the passenger need the driver to provide a wheelchair?

  8. Attendants Needed

  9. Additional Passengers

  10. Infectious Disease Toggle

  11. Oxygen Required Toggle

    • If Yes, indicate estimated Oxygen Amount (Liters per minute)

  12. Requested by Name: Person requesting the Trip

  13. Requested by Phone Number (Include Phone Extension)

  14. Will Call Toggle: Is this leg will call?

  15. Trip Date (Required)

  16. Dispatcher Notes: NOT visible to drivers

  17. Input Manually Updated Price: Overrides Passenger Payer Price Scheme settings.

  18. Pickup Address: Start typing and select an address (Required)

  19. Address Details: Facility Name, Win, Or Apt .#

  20. Pickup Time (Required)

  21. Additional Pickup Details: Click Plus Icon on Right Side

    • Stairs (Individual Steps)

    • Stair Equipment

      • Ramp: A ramp is a durable, low-maintenance piece of equipment used to make steps accessible, especially for those using wheelchairs. Portable ramps typically have a 1:12 gradient for safe use. They can be used indoors or outdoors.

      • Stair Chair: Also known as a stair lift, it's a motorized chair that travels along a rail mounted to the stairs. It helps people with limited mobility to navigate stairs safely. Stair chairs can be installed on straight or curved staircases, and even outdoors.

    • Contact Name

    • Contact Phone Number

    • Load Time (minutes): Manually overrides default load time settings.

  22. Dropoff Address: Start typing and select an address (Required)

  23. Address Details: Facility Name, Win, Or Apt .#

  24. Appointment Time

  25. Additional Dropoff Details: Click Plus Icon on Right Side
