Add wait time to a pickup

Adding wait time to a trip allows you to easily bill for that time in addition to your normal trip pricing. Be sure you have specified a Wait Time Rate, Time Period, and applicable Free Minutes in your Pricing Scheme in order for wait time charges to apply.
There are two ways to add wait time to a trip in Bambi: you can create the trip with a Wait & Return, or you can manually add Pickup Wait Time to a trip (usually the second leg or return leg of a round trip).
How to manually add wait time to a trip:
Locate the trip on the Dispatch calendar.
Click on the trip, then click the three dots menu.
Select Add Pickup Wait Time from the menu.
Click on the amount of time you would like to add.
Each click is additive, which means that each additional click will add that number of minutes to the total Pickup Wait Time on that trip. For example: if you click 60 minutes, then 30 minutes, the total wait time on that trip will be 90 minutes.
How to remove Pickup Wait Time from a trip:
Locate the trip on the Dispatch calendar.
Click on the trip, then click the three dots menu.
Select Add Pickup Wait Time from the menu.
Click Remove Wait Time.
This will remove all wait time for that trip. You can then manually add more time back if needed.
