How to bulk import and export Broker trips into Bambi

Bambi supports bulk trip imports from many third-party NEMT brokers. Instead of entering trips one by one, you can export a CSV file from your broker portal and upload it directly into Bambi.

To request a new broker integration or template, email support@bambi.health.

To bulk upload trips from a broker portal:

  1. Navigate to the Trips page in your Bambi dashboard.

  2. Click Upload in the top-right corner.

  3. In the upload popup, select the correct Payer from the dropdown.

  4. Select the appropriate Template that matches your broker's CSV format.

  5. Choose your file and follow any prompts to correct formatting errors.

  6. Click Import to complete the upload.

Trips that are manually imported using this method do not automatically update on the broker portal. You should export your completed trips from Bambi and upload them back to the broker portal to update the trip status and handle any billing.

To download completed broker trips:

  1. Navigate to the Trips page in your Bambi dashboard.

  2. Click the Download button in the top-right corner.

  3. Select For a Payer Portal and click Next.

  4. Select your broker from the Payer dropdown.

  5. Enter your desired filters for the date range, trip status, etc.

  6. Click Export as CSV.

  7. Take the .csv file and upload it into the broker portal.
