Adding Passengers

-Navigate to “Passengers”  Tap the green “Create a Passenger” button on the top right of the navigation.

-Add Passenger Name (ONLY REQUIRED FIELD)

-Add Passenger Phone Number

-Toggle Allow SMS Messages: This is used for trip reminder texts.

Confirm SMS Consent: By enabling SMS messaging, you confirm that you have obtained the passenger's explicit consent to receive text messages. Please ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations before proceeding.

-Email Address: Used for notifications.

-Date of Birth: Used for identification verification.

-Sex

-Weight

-Bariatric Toggle

-Additional notes: visible to drivers

-Dispatcher Notes: NOT visible to drivers

-Payment Methods

Note: Two separate text message reminders will be sent out. One 24 Hours before the scheduled trip and another when the driver is estimated to be 15 minutes from the pickup location
