How to Find Driver Notes

When a driver adds a specific note or comment to a trip from their app, dispatchers and admins can easily track down and read these updates from the main dashboard. Follow these simple steps to filter your records and locate any driver-entered notes.

Step 1: Navigate to the Trips Section

From your main navigation menu at the top of the screen, click on the Trips tab. This will open your complete directory of scheduled, active, and completed trips.

Step 2: Access the Driver Column Filter

In your trip list, look at the table headers and locate the Driver column. Hover your cursor over the column header and click the three vertical dots (⋮) that appear to open the column's options menu.

Step 3: Apply the Note Filter

  1. From the dropdown menu, select Filter. A new menu will pop up displaying your list of drivers.

  2. At the bottom of this filter window, locate the toggle switch labeled Include trips with driver entered note.

  3. Click the toggle to activate it (it will turn purple).

  4. Click the Apply button.

Step 4: View the Notes

Your system will instantly refresh and filter your directory to only display the trips that contain a custom note from a driver.

  • Scan the filtered list and look for a small Note icon (a small document symbol) located on the right side of the trip's row.

  • Hover your cursor directly over the note icon, and a tooltip will appear displaying the exact message left by the driver.
