How to Create and Export Custom Reports

Custom Reports let you build reusable trip data exports with exactly the columns you need — no more deleting irrelevant fields from standard exports. Choose from over 100 data points, rename column headers to match your billing software, reorder fields, and save templates to run again anytime.
To create a new custom report:
Go to the Reports tab in the top navigation.
Select the Custom Reports sub-tab.
Click Add Custom Report in the top-right corner.
Enter a Name for your report (e.g., "Daily Trip Details" or "Medicaid Billing Export") and an optional description.
To select and customize your fields:
Browse the available fields or use the Select all toggle. Over 100 data points are available, including Trip Date, Passenger Details, Pickup/Dropoff Locations, County, and Price Summaries.
Toggle the switch to On (purple) for each field you want to include.
To rename a column header, click into the text box next to any active toggle and type your preferred name. For example, rename "Passenger Full Name" to "Full Name" to match your billing system.
To reorder columns, click and drag fields up or down the list. The top field becomes the leftmost column in your export.
Click Save (the green checkmark). The report appears in your Custom Reports list.
To export data from a saved custom report:
From the Custom Reports list, click the Download icon on the right side of the report row.
In the download window, set your Start Date and End Date.
Optionally filter by Payer, Passengers, or External Trip IDs.
Click Export as CSV. The file downloads to your computer immediately.
