MAS Report GPS Logs

Last updated: March 27, 2026

If a broker, facility, or investigating party requests the historical GPS logs and status updates for your trips, you can easily generate this precise data using the MAS Report feature [00:07]. This specialized report compiles all recorded location data into a single, comprehensive document.

Follow these step-by-step instructions to successfully pull an MAS Report in the Bambi platform.

Step 1: Access the Trips Section

Navigate to your main workspace and click on the Trips tab from your top navigation menu [00:12].

Step 2: Initiate the Download

Look to the right side of your screen and click the Download button [00:12].

Step 3: Select the MAS Report

From the initial download options menu, locate and select MAS to open the specific report configuration screen [00:18].

Step 4: Configure Your Date Range

Enter your desired date range to define exactly which trips the system should pull GPS logs for [00:23]. For example, you can set the parameters for a specific month, such as December 1st through December 31st [00:35].

Step 5: Apply Optional Filters

  • To narrow your results: Use the provided dropdown filters to restrict the report to a specific facility or a specific broker. This is highly recommended to lower the amount of data exported and isolate the exact trips you need [00:41].

  • To pull a broad spectrum: If you want a complete record of all trips within your selected date range, simply leave the facility and broker filters blank [00:47].

Step 6: Generate and Download the PDF

Once your parameters are correctly set, click the Print to PDF button [00:51].

  • The system will take a moment to process and render all of the requested map data [01:12].

  • Once the rendering is complete, click the provided link to download the file directly to your computer.

Step 7: Review Your Data

Open the downloaded PDF file. The resulting document will display visual map pins indicating exactly where each status update occurred [01:18]. As you scroll through the report, you will also see a detailed log containing the exact latitude and longitude coordinates for every individual update that was made during the trips [01:30].
