How to Get an All Trips Details Report

Generating comprehensive reports is essential for tracking your fleet's performance, auditing trips, and analyzing your operational data. The Bambi platform allows you to easily export an "All Trips Details Report" that provides a deep dive into every aspect of your scheduled rides.

Follow these simple steps to generate and download your report.

Step 1: Navigate to the Trips Section

From your main navigation menu at the top of the screen, click on the Trips tab to open your complete directory of scheduled and completed trips [00:00].

Step 2: Initiate the Download

Look to the top right corner of the Trips screen and click the Download button [00:06].

Step 3: Select the Report Category

A menu will appear with different reporting options.

  • Select All trips details from the list.

  • Click the Next button to proceed to the filtering options [00:10].

Step 4: Configure Your Report Filters

On the configuration screen, you can customize exactly what data you want to pull into your report:

  • Report Type: Ensure that the dropdown is explicitly set to All details report [00:16].

  • Date Range: Filter the report by your desired timeframe. You can run this report monthly, quarterly, annually, or set a custom custom date range (for example, isolating records from August through September) [00:21].

  • Payers & Passengers: You can choose to run the report for all payers and all passengers, or narrow it down to a specific payer or a specific passenger depending on your auditing needs [00:30].

Step 5: Export and Save

Once your filters are correctly set, click the Export a CSV button [00:36].

  • The system will instantly generate the file. Save the download directly to your computer [00:42].

Step 6: Review Your Data

Open the saved CSV file using your preferred spreadsheet software (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).

  • Your All Trips Details Report will contain an extensive, granular breakdown of your data. This includes precise latitude and longitude coordinates for your trips, direct comparisons of scheduled pickup/drop-off times versus the actual recorded times, and virtually any other trip information you might need to review [00:48].
