Last updated: June 10, 2026

When Bambi pages don't load correctly on your computer, the first step in troubleshooting is to clear your browser's cache and cookies.

To clear your browser's cache:

  1. Click the link below for your specific browser.

  2. You should be able to select what to clear, and for what time range.

  3. Always select the "cached images and files" and "cookies" options. They may be named slightly differently, depending on your browser.

  4. Always select the time range as "all time", "everything", or its equivalent.

  5. Close all browser windows, then open a fresh window and log back in to Bambi!

What is a browser cache?

Every time you visit a website, your browser saves a copy of that site so that it can load it faster next time. Sometimes, those saved copies cause issues, and they need to be cleared in order to load the website fresh again the next time you visit.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files websites save to your computer to save your preferences and activity in progress, like your login status, shopping cart contents, partially filled forms, etc. Sometimes, they expire and start to interfere with your ability to do things on the web; that is when they need to be cleared.
