How to report an incorrect or missing address

Bambi requires every pickup and dropoff address on a trip to be an exact match to an existing address in the map database. We partner with a third-party company, called HERE, for our maps and address database.

If an address cannot be found in an address lookup field in Bambi, or is incorrect in the map database, Bambi support does not have the ability to change the map database.

We encourage you to report the incorrect or missing address to our maps partner, HERE, by submitting a report at https://mapfeedback.here.com/#/report. Address correction reports are more meaningful and more likely to be acted upon when they come from multiple sources (i.e. you and other Bambi users) rather than all coming from one source (i.e. the Bambi support team).
