How to Set Up Credit Card Processing and Invoicing (Tilled)

Empower your dispatch and billing operations by enabling seamless credit card processing and invoicing directly through Bambi. By connecting your platform with our secure payment processor, Tilled, you can streamline your financial workflows and collect payments effortlessly.
Follow this simple guide to establish your merchant account.
Step 1: Access Organization Settings
Log in to your Bambi portal. Navigate to your primary administrative dashboard and open your Organization Settings [00:00].
Step 2: Navigate to Payments
Within your settings menu, locate the subheader navigation. Click on the Payments tab [00:05].
Step 3: Initiate the Tilled Connection
Once on the Payments page, the system will prompt you to create a new merchant account with Tilled, our integrated payment processing partner [00:11].
Click the Connect or Continue button to begin the secure application process [00:21].
Step 4: Complete the Merchant Application
You will be securely redirected to the Tilled portal to fill out your merchant application [00:27].
Carefully ensure all your business and financial details are entered accurately.
Note: This application process typically takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Step 5: Await Confirmation
After submitting your application, Tilled will perform a quick review of your details.
As long as your information is verified and entered correctly, you will receive an approval email from Tilled within 1 to 2 hours [00:32].
Once you receive the "Congratulations" confirmation email, your account is fully active, and you are instantly equipped to process credit card payments and send invoices directly through your Bambi portal!
Every transaction processed through Tilled is subject to a transaction fee*
Visa or Mastercard transactions: 30 cents plus 2.9% of the transaction amount
American Express transactions: 30 cents plus 3.3% of the transaction amount
