How to Set Up Credit Card Processing (Tilled)

Bambi integrates with Tilled, a secure payment processor, to enable online payments and invoicing directly inside the platform. Once your Tilled merchant account is set up, you can charge cards, send payment links, and collect payment without switching to a separate system.

To set up credit card processing:

1. Click the Settings gear icon on your Bambi dashboard to go to your Organization Settings.

2. Click the Payments tab on that page.

3. Click the Connect (or Continue) button to begin the Tilled merchant application.

4. You will be redirected to the Tilled portal to complete your merchant application. Fill in your business and banking details accurately. This typically takes about 15 minutes.

5. Submit the application. Tilled will review your information and send a confirmation email within 1 to 2 hours.*

6. Once you receive the approval email, your account is active and you can immediately begin processing credit card payments through Bambi.

Transaction fees:

• Visa / Mastercard: $0.30 + 2.9% per transaction

• American Express: $0.30 + 3.3% per transaction

• Debit card or ACH: $1.50 per transaction
