How to reset your Bambi password

If you forget your Bambi password, you can reset it right from the login page.

To set or reset a password:

1. Navigate to https://app.hibambi.com/ to reach the login screen.

2. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?

3. Enter the email address associated with your Bambi account and click the Reset my password button, but don't leave or close this page yet.

4. Check your email for a message from Bambi containing your verification code. Do so in a different browser window or tab, if needed.

5. Enter the verification code from your email into the password reset page.

6. Type in your new password, then type it again in the last field.

7. Click the Change password button.

8. Log in with your email address and your new password.

Bambi password requirements

Your password must meet all of the following requirements:

• Password must contain at least 12 characters

• Password must contain a lower case letter

• Password must contain an upper case letter

• Password must contain a number

• Password must not contain a leading or trailing space
