How to View Daily Estimated Revenue from Dispatch

Last updated: March 27, 2026

Monitoring your daily estimated revenue directly from the dispatch screen allows you to make informed, profitable routing decisions in real time. Follow this streamlined guide to generate and view revenue estimates per driver and for your entire fleet.

Step 1: Locate the Revenue Indicator

On your main dispatch screen, look next to each driver's name at the top of their schedule column. Before trips are assigned, you will initially see a "$0" indicator [00:00]. This space represents the estimated amount of revenue that each specific driver is scheduled to bring in.

Step 2: Assign Trips to Calculate Revenue

To calculate the estimated revenue, trips must be assigned to your drivers. You can manually drag and drop trips, or use the automated routing feature:

  • Click Select all above your unassigned trips on the left side of the screen [00:12].

  • Click Run Bambi Run at the bottom of the column and ensure all your drivers are put into consideration [00:16].

  • The system will automatically optimize and build the schedule for you. Click Apply to finalize the assignments [00:23].

Step 3: View the Estimated Revenue

Once the trips are successfully assigned and the schedule is applied, the initial zeros next to each driver's name will update to accurately reflect their specific daily estimated revenue [00:34].

  • Additionally, you can view the total combined estimated revenue for your entire fleet located in the top right corner of the dispatch screen [00:39].

Step 4: Adjust Routes to See Real-Time Revenue Impact

Your revenue estimates are completely dynamic. If you need to manually adjust a route, the system will recalculate the totals instantly.

  • For example, if you select a scheduled trip from one driver's column and drag it right over to a different driver [00:51].

  • You will immediately see the newly assigned driver's estimated revenue increase, while the previous driver's revenue will automatically decrease to reflect the change [00:56].
