How to Filter Dispatch by Passenger Tags
Once you have Passenger Tags on your passengers, you can filter your dispatch board by them. Pull up only the trips for passengers with a given tag, whether you are working your unassigned trips or scanning the assigned calendar. It is a fast way to group the work that needs the same handling.
Note: Passenger Tag filters use the tags you have already added to passengers. If you have not set up Passenger Tags yet, start there first.
Filter your unassigned trips by Passenger Tag
On the Dispatch page, click Filters above the unassigned trips list on the left.
In the filter panel, find Passenger Tags and select the tags you want.
Click Apply Filters. The unassigned list now shows only trips for passengers carrying those tags.
Your applied tags appear as chips at the top of the panel. Click the X on a chip, or Clear All, to reset.
Filter your assigned calendar by Passenger Tag
On the Dispatch page, click Filters above the assigned trips calendar (next to "Search assigned trips").
Scroll to Passenger Tags. Use the Search tags box to find a tag quickly, or Select all.
Check the tags you want and click Apply Filters. The calendar now shows only the assigned trips that match.
Click Cancel to close without changing anything, or reopen and clear the boxes to reset.
Both filters stack with the rest of your dispatch filters, so you can combine Passenger Tags with payers, service types, statuses, and more.
