How to get Driver Timecard Info

Tracking and managing your drivers' hours is essential for payroll and operational efficiency. The Bambi platform allows you to easily export detailed timecard reports for your entire team within any specific date range.

Follow these straightforward steps to generate and download your driver timecard information.

Step 1: Access the Scheduling Dashboard

Navigate to your main workspace and click on the Team section in your top navigation menu. From there, select the Scheduling subheader [00:00].

Step 2: Initiate the Download

Look to the top right corner of the scheduling screen and click the Download button [00:06].

Step 3: Select Your Date Range

A prompt will appear asking you to define the timeframe for the timecard data.

  • Select your desired Start Date and End Date (for example, pulling records from the 20th through the 26th) [00:14].

  • Click Export to CSV.

Step 4: Save and Open the File

The system will automatically generate a CSV file. Save this file directly to your computer. Once saved, open the file using your preferred spreadsheet software (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) [00:22].

Step 5: Review the Timecard Data

Your exported spreadsheet contains a comprehensive breakdown of all your drivers' activities for the selected date range. The report includes the following key data points:

  • Driver Name and Assigned Vehicle

  • The Date of the shift

  • Scheduled Start Time vs. Actual Clock-In Time

  • Scheduled End Time vs. Actual Clock-Out Time [00:27]

  • Detailed break information [00:35]

  • Scheduled Work Hours (the total hours the driver was supposed to work) and Actual Worked Hours (the true total time logged) [00:40]
